How much does a website actually cost?
Starter is $400 for a simple site up to 4 pages. Growth is $700 for up to 6 to 7 pages and includes a blog section. If your business needs something more custom, like multi-brand sites or booking integrations, that gets a tailored quote. Not sure which one fits? Book a free call and we'll figure it out together.
How long does it actually take?
Most standard sites are live within 2 business days of receiving your content, subject to what's provided and expected, and excluding additional rounds of review beyond what's included in your package. The biggest factor in speed is how ready your content and photos are when we start.
What's actually included in the price?
Design, copywriting, and the build itself, plus your included revision round (1 for Starter, 2 for Growth). Basic SEO setup is included too, so your site is structured properly for Google from day one.
Do I need a logo or brand colours already?
No. If you've got them, great, send them through. If not, that's completely fine, we'll help you land on something that fits your business as part of the process.
What happens after my site is built, am I locked into paying every month?
Not at all, you get to choose. Stay on a simple monthly plan and everything's handled for you ongoing, hosting, edits, updates, whatever comes up. Or take it 100% free, we'll hand over full ownership at no ongoing cost, and any future changes are just a one-off request whenever you need them.
Can I edit the site myself?
Most clients prefer to just send through what they need changed and have it handled, rather than learning a new tool. If full independence matters to you, that's available too, just let us know and we'll talk through what that looks like.
Do I need to buy my own domain?
Yes, and that's intentional, your domain is your business's asset and should always be registered in your name, not ours. We'll guide you through exactly how to buy it and handle all the technical setup to connect it once you have it.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
That's what the "Not Sure Yet" option is for. Tell us about your project and we'll figure out the right fit together, no pressure either way.
Do you only work with cafes and personal trainers?
Those are the two areas of focus, but the process works for any small, local service business. If that's not quite you, reach out anyway, happy to have a chat about whether it's a good fit.
How do I pay?
Card payments and Afterpay are both available through Stripe for the one-off build fee, or if you'd rather, we can send you an invoice instead. Monthly plans are billed automatically through Stripe, no manual invoicing to keep track of on your end.
